Sunshine Blogger Award

Hey….. I am SO SORRY for not posting, but I’ve been in a sort of mood. It’s a long story to say the least. Anyways, in case any of you were wondering my cello does have a name now, Caspian James Pudici. Pudici means sexy in Latin, it’s an inside joke.

Well back to business, thanks so much to the amazingly talented and friendly, Liv for this nomination!

GUYS QUICK INTERVENTION, 11 IS MY LUCKY NUMBER!!!

Can you imagine where you’ll be in 10 years?

Umm kind of? I want to be married, with one kid, maybe two. Finished with medical school, working as a pediatric cardiologist and writing on the side.

Do you have a celebrity crush? If so, who?

I’d probably have to go with Chris Pratt. I love Marvel, and he is VERY fine.

What is your favorite mythical animal?

Oooh probably a phoenix….

What is your dream job?

My dream job is a pediatric cardiologist and then to write on the side.

Would you kill someone to protect someone you loved?

Yes, no doubts about it.

Do you enjoy school?

Yes actually, I love learning. But there are certain aspects of school that I hate.

What is justice to you?

Justice to me, isn’t making someone else feel the pain they made you feel, but is getting what you deserve.

How would your mom describe you?

Not sure, I’m sure she’d say something about my sass and lack of patience. And then she’d talk about my determination and care of others probably.

Have you ever embarrassed yourself in front of your crush?

I’m sure I have, but I can’t think of any specific examples….

If you could meet one celebrity, who would it be?

Tim Mcgraw, he’s AMAZING.

If you had the choice to 1: Go into space or 2: Travel the whole world, what would you choose?

I would choose to travel the world, oddly enough space terrifies me.

I nominate anyone and everyone (I love all ya’ll and I’m too lazy to nominate specific people…sorry :P)

Here are my 11 questions:

  1. Favorite quote?
  2. How many siblings do you  have? Are you close with them?
  3. Marvel or DC?
  4. Would you rather take a nap on a hammock on the beach or in the forest?
  5. Favorite birthday party?
  6. Dream house?
  7. Do any of you play any sports competitively?
  8. Have you ever been ice-skating? Story?
  9. Favorite type/smell of lotion

The Great Debate

Hey ya’ll. Well as you may know, I play cello. The picture above is actually my own that I’ve had for about 2 months now.
I love this thing and it has worked amazing for me!
The problem is that he doesn’t have a name. Yes, he. Don’t ask how I know he’s a guy, I just do. Call it cellist instinct, or musician instinct for that matter.
Anyways he really needs a name that fits and he’s more of a classy, deep, mysterious type of cello.
I was thinking some sort of Victorian name maybe.

Anyways, I need ideas! So comment down below!!!!!!

#GS List

Hey ya’ll! What’s up? My grandma’s funeral was yesterday and it went really well, I even played a song on the cello!

Anyways, I was nominated for the #GS List as you can tell, by two equally amazing bloggers   Teenage Lunatics and  Disney Bae! Definitely go check out their blogs!

Rules:

  1. List 10 things that make you happy
  2. Add the #GS List to the post
  3. Add the #GS List picture
  4. Nominate 4 or more other bloggers

I didn’t really want to do the whole my family, friends, kinda thing so I’m just gonna list some small random things that make me happy.

  1. Fuzzy socks: My obsession with fuzzy socks is bad and to the extreme, I have like 23 pairs in every single color. If you get me fuzzy socks, I will love you forever. No joke.
  2. Rainy Days: For some reason the rain makes me unexplainably happy. It’s like a new beggining.
  3. Sprinklers under the trampoline: We just got a new olympic sized rectangular tramp and it has sprinklers under it. If you’ve never done this in the summer, you’ve never lived.
  4. Making someone smile: It just makes me happy, okay? Okay!
  5. Seeing my cousins: As you may know, I’m the oldest and I love ’em all to death. They’re so much fun!
  6. Camping!: Anywhere, anytime, with basically anyone. I especially love driving the side by side and hiking.
  7. Free Time: Basically  the time I take to keep up this blog and write! I don’t get much so when I do have some, it’s greatly appreciated.
  8. When Pandora has a good playlist: I love Pandora, but sometimes I’m constantly skipping songs so when there’s good songs, its a good day.
  9. Helping People Randomly: Like when I can help pick up books for someone, or smile, or even just talk to someone. And obviously big things too.
  10. When people play with my hair: I swear to goodness its like the ultimate weakness.

Hopefully I didn’t bore you all to death!  And I nominate, everyone and anyone! I want to know what makes you all happy!

I’ve been……..busy

So on Tuesday, my great-grandma passed away. She was an amazing, hilarious person who always had a lesson for you to learn and fruit for you to eat. She was 86 when she left us and wanted to go back home to see her husband and two children.

We’ve known this was coming for awhile as she’d been spending time in the hospital and had been recently moved to a rehabilitation center. But I guess you could say that I didn’t take it well.

I found out that morning while I was eating breakfast, but went to school anyways. In my first class, AP Physics, I was already crying. And as soon as I hugged my friend in the next class I was sobbing, hard. I couldn’t stop. My cousin who is a year older than me was being picked up by her mom so I asked her to pick me up from school too.

We went to go see my grandma’s body. It was terrible and horrifying and I never want to do it again. It was just her body lying there, but it wasn’t her. Afterwards we went back to her house and got to go all Nancy Drew and find a whole bunch of cool stuff. We both got a diamond pendant and I got a pair of original Ray Ban sunglasses and a hymn book from 1984.

While our parents were talking my cousin and I decided to go swing outside. My favorite one is  bright orange, and is the first memory I have of her house. Over the years it’s darkened, and it was already almost torn all the way through. It’s been there since way before I was born. I decided to swing on it anyway, and at about the height of her house, the swing snapped. I was slingshotted backwards into a patch of rapsberry bushes and crab apples. On the way down, I hit my foot first and now its all messed up. Hence the reason I’m on crutches. I told you guys I was accident prone.

Anyways, on a happier note I’ve been busy talking to someone until 3:30 in the morning. We’ll call him Hans Christian Andersen. Hans Christian and I have known each other since middle school because he plays viola in the orchestra. But we didn’t really start talking until last Friday at a football game. Anyways, the past few days I have been talking to him nonstop and he’s super cool. And he gives really good hugs 🙂

Oh did I mention that he said he likes me? Okay, maybe its not that big of a deal, but still. I was telling him that I always have goldfish crackers with me and he said, “I have a crush on an addict.” We don’t have any classes together which sucks but he meets me before school so that’s cool.

How’ve ya’ll been? I miss you guys! Even though it’s only been a few days…..
