Blogmas 2016 – December 1st!

Hey y’all! So this year for Blogmas I am going to be doing something a little different… The church is doing something called Light the World just like Jesus did because he is the light of the world. So, they’ve come up with 25 ways over 25 days to do just that. And here is what I will be doing for it too, along with random “fun” posts too.

If you want to check out what things they’re going to be doing each day, and watch the really awesome video they made (I highly encourage that you watch it, it’s short and really cute) click here!

So, today’s theme was:

So today, to help “lift other’s burdens” I went to one of my really good friend Taelyn’s swim meet. And that may not sound like much, but it doesn’t have to be. Before the meet, she was nervous for her events and I was able to help calm her down and support her. I’ve never been to one of her meets so I had a lot of fun, and she was really excited to see that Ryann and I came. I love to know that the little things I do can make a difference in other people’s lives. I’ll definitely be showing up at her next meet, just to see her smile the way she did today!

I hope you guys liked this short little post, I’ll have another one up soon about something different. If you want to do the 25 ways over 25 days don’t forget to check out the link below! Tomorrow is Jesus Honored His Parents and So Can You.

See ya then! Love y’all! -Aspen AKA The Author

  1. This is such an amazing idea! You’re spreading the festive spirit along with positivity which is such a great combination 🙂 And I totally agree with this – even the littlest actions can have the biggest impacts!
