Blogmas 2016! – December 8th

Hey y’all! I’m sorry for not doing a post yesterday, I honestly forgot and I had homework to do after my chiropractor appointment. But I’m back for today!

Today’s theme is Jesus Prayed for Others and So Can You

As simple as it sounds, prayer has immense power. It’s direct communication with God that brings answers and comforts, even if it’s not immediate. God knows what’s best for us and won’t always give us what we want, but he will give us what we need. Often in ways we don’t realize or wouldn’t expect.

So for today I wanted to try and take my prayers to a deeper level. I always pray to have a good day, and bless the sick, and to help my friends (you guys included) and family. And I thank Him for my home, and food, pets, and family.

Tonight I’m going to be more earnest. Be thankful for more things, pray for more people. I’ve been thinking about what to ask for that would help the most. I’m going to pray for asking opportunity to serve, and to be better able to help people I know. And for you guys, I know so many people who struggle and I want you to know that I care.

I hope that even if you don’t pray your able to recognize the things your grateful for and to want to help others 🙂

Love y’all! – Aspen AKA the Author
